What will be deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we permanently delete:

• Your account (email address and login credentials)
• All transcripts, including AI-corrected versions and style variants
• Tags, favorites and cloud-synced app settings
• Your subscription record

Usage statistics are de-identified so they can no longer be linked to you. Voice recordings are processed transiently for transcription and are not stored on our servers; audio files on your device stay on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the app.

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Residual copies in backups are purged within a further 30 days.

Request deletion

Enter the email address of your Loma account. We will confirm the request by email and then delete the account. This applies to accounts created in the Android app, the web app and the Chrome extension.
